Helpdesk/Support Update

There have been some delays over the last 30 days in response time/level of service on the helpdesk due to the billing administrator being out sick, along with the server move and some software issues.  The remaining staff has worked tirelessly trying to keep up but some issues could not be resolved by anyone else.  The server move is complete, the software issues resolved and Sapph is back to work and catching up on outstanding tickets with the help of the rest of the staff.  The normal two day turn around should resume in the next 7 days at most.  Thanks for being patient while we clear the backlog.
